Dear Rappers

After DMX death I was agitated to create this oil pastel painting.   Sad to see another talented artist die.  And dmx was one my favorites since my teens.

. 

Furthermore, this musician pictured(painted), and most other “rappers” continue to train vulnerable youth to prioritize trash.  Diamonds, low brow Gucci clothing etc.

It’s disappointing to say the least.  The rapper pictured was just involved with a shooting in Miami(may 2021)  within the last 2 weeks.

Not that young black rappers are the only ones with selfish priorities.  It’s just a lot more damaging when they use their massive platform to brainwash the younger generation…

 Ill continue to LOVE  into rap music.  And Ill hope the rappers stop pumping screwed up priorities.  And also stop destroying their societies.  And Ill hope they stop dress like liz Taylor with all those white diamonds... because they look like god damn fools.
