Astronaut Photo by Carol Highsmith. Colorful image is a representation of the colors of the visible light from sun. I like the Sun, rainbow imagery. Obviously, the Sun is the most powerful entity that we know of. The Sun obviously goes with with the whole space travel thing. Thus, I combined the 2 images in a collage. Florida having been a big part of the activities in the past, as NASA is located in florida, and there is the Kennedy Space center too.
This rainbow is also used in piece Diversity, 2020. This, like so many of my pieces have a goal of positivity and optimism. When I was creating this, I envisioned this as going into an office environment.
