I have enjoyed continuing to feel connected to my former partner through art, and through the flowers. And I have always enjoyed photographing flowers. Gladiolus looks more beautiful as its dying, and colors begin changing.  I liked the balance of this. Originally, I was shooting this vase and flowers for piece, OA, 2020.   While editing this image, I hit an incorrect button in photoshop.  And I took that editing, and kept tweaking, and changing it until I ended up here.  

What do you think?  Would it look best as a landscape image?  Should I abstract it more, into other colors?  I like the green and the pink bleed into each other. The vase is a Tapio Wirkkala, which was a favorite. We made an offer on a house, and the buyer said no. So, we asked him if we could buy some art and vases.   He said yes, and we bought 3 vases and 3 pieces of art.
