The transferphoto is from italy, Rome I believe. Perhaps the Vatican museum. And this is a juxtapostion piece, where Im mixing colors and themes, and styles that really dont go well together. The expressions on their faces and dark colors below, juxtaposed with the ligthness of the pastels above. Frankly, I think this piece is creepy, and that is largely why I did the color studies. Taking this piece and making the montone iterations. Which are much lighter and happier.
